Debts piling up can lead to so much worry and stress it keeps you up at night, and it’s hard to know where to turn for help.

However, it’s not something you have to go through alone.

At Debt Advisory Centre, we have helped many people like you repay their debts at a rate they can afford using one of our debt solutions. And because we have guided them through every step of the process, they haven’t had to do it alone.

Our clients trust us

Nothing is more important to us than knowing our clients feel supported and trust us to help them manage their debts. That’s why we’re so pleased to announce that several of the debt solutions providers we work with have been named Trusted Merchants by is an independent customer review system. Once our clients start a debt solution they are sent an email from Feefo asking them to share their feedback on the service they have received.

It is based on these genuine reviews that our debt management plan provider Gregory Pennington has received a customer service score of 97% and a Gold Trusted Merchant certificate.

Providing good customer service is at the heart of everything we do and nothing is more important to us than our customers feeling supported through what can be a worrying time. That’s why we’re so happy to be able to share feedback like the review below:

“The staff were very supportive and helpful. There was no embarrassment on my part and no judgement from them. I can honestly say that within a month of my initial call my whole life had been turned around. Many thanks indeed!! “

Helpful debt solutions

Our IVA provider Freeman Jones received a feedback score of 95% and was also awarded a Gold Trusted Merchant certificate, while Scottish DAS and Trust Deed provider Wilson Andrews achieved a score of 94% from happy clients.

However, awards are not what drive us … doing the best for our clients is. If you have been struggling to manage your debts; have started to receive more letters from lenders; are making sacrifice after sacrifice to keep up with your repayments; or have reached a place where you simply can’t afford them anymore, speak to us. We will talk you through your situation and suggest the debt solutions (for which fees are payable) that may be most suitable for you. Entering into a debt solution can affect your credit rating, but this may have already happened if you have defaulted on payments, and getting help could stop the situation becoming worse. Most importantly, we will listen to everything you have to say and you can trust us to support you every step of the way.
